Mr. Ziozis most recently served at Customers Bank as Managing Director and Regional Chief Lending Officer of New York Metro, Chicago and Washington DC. He is a bank executive with over 27 years of bank and business experience. He has over 13 years of successful and innovative experience building bank assets and managing people. He created business lines and developed and implemented bank and finance company credit and operational policies.
Previously Mr. Ziozis served as Senior Vice President at Bank Hapoalim International– New York, Herald National Bank, Citibank, N.A., ABN-AMRO – New York and Chicago, Atlantic Bank of New York (“ABNY”) and National Westminster Bank (“NatWest”). At Atlantic Bank of New York Mr. Ziozis co-developed and implemented a strategic mezzanine debt fund.
Mr. Ziozis studied Finance at St John’s University and received formal bank commercial credit training at NatWest. He is a mentor, panelist judge and speaker at the University of California’s Berkeley Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship Bootcamp and The Kingdom of the Netherland’s Orange Grove incubator in Athens, Greece, respectively.
