George Maroulis

Founder, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Maroulis was the founder, President and Managing Director of CB Private & Commercial Banking of New York Metro, Chicago and Washington DC at Customers Bank and an Executive Vice President of Customers Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE:CUBI) . Mr. Maroulis was also a voting member of The Office of the Chair and a voting member of the bank’s Executive Management, Executive Strategic Initiatives, Asset and Liability, Disclosure and Credit Committees.

Alyson L. Stone, Esq.

Ms. Stone is a former banking executive with expertise spanning strategy, marketing, finance, product management, disruptive technologies, and intellectual property functions who was named as one of ten 2020 Top Women in Banking by Banking New York magazine.

Betsy Mak, MAI, AI-GRS, AI-RRS

Ms. Mak has over twenty years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry. She is a Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), a commercial appraisal report reviewer (AI-GRS) and a residential appraisal report reviewer (AI-RRS).

Gigi Wang, MBA

Ms. Wang is a leader in global entrepreneurship and innovation and heads up MG-Team, LLC, a consulting firm focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation programs. . She is an Industry Fellow & Faculty at UC Berkeley's Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Chair Emeritus of the VLAB.

Jane Lvovskiy, CPA, MBA

Ms. Lvovskiy is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in tax and Managing Director of Supporting Strategies, a provider of outsourced accounting services to small and medium size businesses.

Luis A. Rebatta, MBA

Mr. Rebatta is a former bank executive with over 40 years of banking experience. His most recent role in banking was President and Chief Executive Officer of Alma Bank, where he was actively engaged in the application and capitalization processes for a de novo New York State commercial bank charter.

William “Bill” A. Clement, MBA, CLU

Mr. Clement was the former President & CEO of Atlanta Life Insurance Company, a company founded in 1905 by Alonzo Franklin Herndon, an ex-slave. The Company’s niche is Group Reinsurance. Mr. Clement successfully navigated the Company thru the turbulence of the 2008 global financial crises and gave the reigns of the Company to his successor in 2011.
